As the title whenever I put in the right AirPod in it makes a kind of chirping sound. I tried to see if the left does it but it doesn't at all no matter what I do. It's just the right one and it looks like the amount of "chirps" differs when I put them in or try to see how I touch it to figure out what triggers it. The volume differs too.
