The Solar and EV markets are primed to have significant growth, but after reading SEC Form 10 the auditors cite concerns with the company maintaining enough cash flows to meet debt obligations and operating costs. I believe the primary question for SIRC is how will they address these concerns. I'm no expert but a few obvious options come to mind.

This company is posting revenue increases and business growth unlike any OTC stock I have ever seen. An OTC stock getting a $42M investment from a hedge fund is unheard of. SIRC did it mostly unsolicited because Arbiter Capital Partners see potential in SIRC unlike any other OTC stock!
