I can kill most brothers in 3-4 hits. Theres no point in taking guthans to barrows if you're only doing 4 chests per trip. Also, you can do a chest in 4-6 minutes depending on your luck and the distance you have to run in yohr tunnel. It can be 6-8 minutes if you're getting 11 KC (well, for me at least at 75/75/75).
